(hereinafter referred to as \u2018LTM\u2019 or the \u2018Controller\u2019), personal data from each user may be collected and processed, the processing of which is governed by this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the \u2018Privacy Policy\u2019).<\/p><p><strong>Controller of Processing<\/strong><\/p><p>LTM is the controller of the personal data of the user and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).<\/p><p><strong>Collected Data and Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/p><p>The data we collect are only those necessary to maintain a commercial relationship with the user.<\/p><p>The operations intended for processing are:<\/p><ul><li>Sending commercial advertising communications (including newsletters) by email, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the Controller and will be related to the legal services provided, or topics of legal interest. The user may request to unsubscribe at any time.<\/li><li>Processing requests, inquiries, providing responses to queries, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the Controller&#8217;s Website or by email.<\/li><\/ul><p>The data will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or as required by legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.<\/p><p><strong>Legitimization<\/strong><\/p><p>The user, by entering data in the fields in the contact form and sending it or sending data via email, expressly and freely and unequivocally accepts that their data will be processed by the Controller, as necessary to meet their request.<\/p><p>Their data will be collected and processed as long as the user does not revoke the consent given for processing their data.
