Ignasi holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s in Business Advisory from the Instituto de Empresa, and a Master’s in Law of New Technologies from the University of Valencia. He has also taught commercial law in various master’s programs, notably at La Salle. He developed his entire professional career at a leading national law firm, joining LTM as a partner in the corporate and M&A area in 2010.​

He specializes in Commercial Law: corporate law, contracts, and corporate and M&A transactions, in addition to advising numerous startups. He serves as a non-executive secretary for several Boards of Directors in the industrial, services, and startup sectors. He has been advising well-known companies from various sectors and has a strong commitment and loyalty to his clients for over 20 years. ​
