PRIVACY POLICY
By accessing https://ltm.legal (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’) and/or by communicating via email or any other means with Legal & Tax Meeting, S.L.P. (hereinafter referred to as ‘LTM’ or the ‘Controller’), personal data from each user may be collected and processed, the processing of which is governed by this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Privacy Policy’).
Controller of Processing
LTM is the controller of the personal data of the user and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Collected Data and Purpose of Processing
The data we collect are only those necessary to maintain a commercial relationship with the user.
The operations intended for processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications (including newsletters) by email, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the Controller and will be related to the legal services provided, or topics of legal interest. The user may request to unsubscribe at any time.
- Processing requests, inquiries, providing responses to queries, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the Controller’s Website or by email.
The data will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or as required by legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Legitimization
The user, by entering data in the fields in the contact form and sending it or sending data via email, expressly and freely and unequivocally accepts that their data will be processed by the Controller, as necessary to meet their request.
Their data will be collected and processed as long as the user does not revoke the consent given for processing their data. In any case, when personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and while there are legal or contractual responsibilities requiring their retention, they will be retained in a blocked state until definitive cancellation is carried out.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the Controller are true and is responsible for communicating any modifications to them.
Transfer
No transfer or communication of personal data to third parties is planned unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications or collaborating lawyers, with whom the Controller has subscribed confidentiality agreements and data processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.
Rights
The rights that assist the user are:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and limitation or opposition to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (https://www.aepd.es) if they believe that processing does not comply with current regulations.
Security Measures
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Controller is complying with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
The Controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users and has communicated the appropriate information to enable them to exercise their rights.
